  • After each event, we celebrate and reflect on the experience by writing a blog post that captures the essence of the occasion. Throughout the events, we actively encourage community feedback through various methods, including our community flower comment card and by capturing moments with photos and videos to document the range of emotions and interactions. We also take physical and mental notes to ensure we capture every detail.

    Additionally, we've implemented a new "Street Data" approach called "To Whom It May Concern." Each of our members receives a journal to record their personal experiences and reflections. These journals are collected at the end of every event and analyzed to gain deeper insights and measure the impact of our programs. This approach helps us continuously improve and better understand the community’s needs and experiences.

    We present our reporting through a variety of formats to ensure comprehensive communication and engagement. Our updates are featured in newsletters, which offer regular highlights and key takeaways. In-depth insights and reflections are shared through blog posts, providing a deeper look into our activities and impacts. Additionally, we compile our findings and recommendations into detailed documents, which offer thorough analyses and actionable suggestions based on our work and community feedback.
